These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the luk4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open a luk4d account. Age verification is conducted at registration and prior to any large withdrawal. Accounts opened in breach of this rule will be closed and balances forfeited.
Each player is permitted exactly one luk4d account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason they were created — will be detected during routine compliance reviews. Any balance held in a duplicate account is subject to forfeiture without prior notice.
All deposits and withdrawals on luk4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless verified otherwise through the luk4d support team.
All luk4d promotional bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering terms are stated in full in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting tools, collusion, and any form of match manipulation are strictly prohibited on luk4d. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be suspended immediately, and any associated winnings will be voided pending investigation.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the luk4d Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luk4d. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting luk4d support.
Important: Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. luk4d recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
To register and maintain an Account on luk4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: luk4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended until documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to have been operated by a person under the age of 21 will be voided.
luk4d does not represent that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of luk4d complies with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
To access luk4d's betting and gaming services, you must register an Account via the luk4d Login page. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and your preferred payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one luk4d Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity or under a different name to circumvent restrictions — will be identified during routine compliance checks. The duplicate account will be closed without notice, and any balance within it will be forfeited. The original account may also be reviewed for associated breaches.
luk4d may request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, upon a change of payment method, or whenever a compliance review is triggered. Acceptable KYC documents include:
KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital form. Accounts pending KYC review may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Changes to your registered email, phone number, or bank account details must be submitted to luk4d support and may require additional verification before taking effect.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. luk4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
luk4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach resulted from your failure to observe reasonable security practices, including sharing credentials or using a compromised device.
luk4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency is accepted.
Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending institution. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or periods of high transaction volume. luk4d does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change at luk4d's discretion with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on standard business days (Monday to Friday, WIB). Requests submitted on weekends or Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Christmas, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — will be queued and processed on the next working day. Withdrawals are paid to the registered payment method on the Account. Withdrawals to a third-party account are not permitted under any circumstances.
luk4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting updated KYC documentation, confirming the source of deposited funds, and verifying that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals will be held pending the outcome of any such review.
No Conversion Fees: luk4d does not apply any currency conversion markup or platform-side processing fee on standard IDR transactions. Your Balance reflects the exact Rupiah amount available for betting or withdrawal.
luk4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any additional conditions published in the specific promotion's terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless a promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by luk4d carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
Not all games on the luk4d Platform contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms:
Bonus Funds not wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. The thirty-day period cannot be extended.
luk4d employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting or low-risk bets solely to meet a wagering requirement, and withdrawing immediately after meeting a requirement without any genuine gaming activity. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses removed, winnings voided, and the Account suspended or permanently closed.
Promotion Eligibility: luk4d reserves the right to exclude any Account from a specific promotion or from all future promotions at its sole discretion. Eligibility criteria for individual promotions (including minimum deposit amounts, minimum odds, and eligible game types) are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms page.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on luk4d. Product-specific rules (for the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Keno, and Sakong) are published on the respective product pages and form part of these Terms.
luk4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market is suspended, where a pricing error has occurred, or where a bet is placed after the event or draw in question has already commenced. In the Sportsbook, bets placed on events that have already started are subject to review; luk4d's decision on whether to accept or void such a bet is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product and per event or game. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, player account tier, or promotional period. luk4d reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific Accounts without prior notice where a compliance or fraud risk has been identified.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, an erroneous payout calculation, a game software malfunction, or a data feed failure affecting Sportsbook markets — luk4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. A "manifest error" is one that would have been reasonably apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet. luk4d's decision on whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
Players are encouraged to use the luk4d deposit limit and stake limit tools to manage their betting activity. Details of these tools are set out in the Responsible Gaming page. Placing bets beyond your means is a breach of the spirit of these Terms and of luk4d's commitment to player welfare.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luk4d Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity is grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

luk4d will not reverse a self-exclusion request under any circumstances during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude and then attempt to re-register under a different identity will have their new Account closed upon detection.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tax Responsibility: luk4d does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Players. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligation that may arise from gambling winnings in your jurisdiction.
luk4d may suspend an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
During a suspension, the Player's Balance will be held and will not be available for withdrawal until the investigation is resolved. luk4d will notify the Player of the suspension by email and will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
luk4d may permanently close an Account where a Restricted Activity is confirmed, where the Player is found to have been under 21 at the time of registration, or where continued operation of the Account poses a material compliance or fraud risk. Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach by the Player, any Balance within the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at luk4d's discretion.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting luk4d support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be excluded from the Platform on responsible gaming grounds, please use the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings.
luk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luk4d will provide notice via:
Amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. luk4d operates under international regulatory frameworks applicable to its licensed content providers.
